You'll Love Your New Floors, Or We'll Replace Them Free
You've probably heard a story from a neighbor. The price went up halfway through. The crew disappeared for four days, then left a big mess. The color looked completely different at home than it did in the store.
None of that is about the flooring. Every one of those stories is about the company that installed it.
So here's what we do instead.
Showroom lights lie. What looks great in a showroom can look completely wrong under your home’s lighting.
We bring the showroom to your living room. You see the samples in your own light, next to your own furniture and walls.
You get the exact price at your kitchen table before we leave. And if you don't love them, we replace them free in the first 30 days.
We've installed over 8,000 floors in Denver and along the Front Range. Here's what that gets you.

Why Homeowners Pick Us Over The Guy With The Cheaper Bid
The low bid is low for a reason. Usually one of these.
The number was an "estimate." Somebody eyeballed your rooms, gave you a price over the phone, and the real number showed up after the old carpet was already in a dumpster.
The prep was done incorrectly or got skipped entirely. Subfloor problems don't announce themselves. They show up two years later as a squeak, a gap, or a plank that won't stay down, and by then whoever installed it isn't answering the phone.
The material isn't what you think it is. Same look, thinner wear layer. It photographs the same and it wears out in a third of the time.
The warranty is a year. Which sounds fine until you realize your floor is supposed to last fifteen.
And if you hate it once it's down? Well, that's your problem now. Nobody's taking back a floor that's already glued to your subfloor. You picked it, you own it, and every morning for the next fifteen years you get to walk across a decision you made in about twenty minutes under a fluorescent light.
We're not going to be the cheapest quote you get.
We're going to be the one where:
- The price doesn't move
- The prep gets done whether or not you'd ever know
- The material is what the label says
- The warranty runs as long as you own the floor
- If you don't love it in the first 30 days, we replace it.
Cheaper is easy. Anybody can be cheaper. Not many will put all five of these in writing. We are the only company in the Denver area that does.
Here's Exactly What Happens, Start To Finish
1. We come to you.
No dragging the kids or spouse from store to store on a Saturday.
Your Design Consultant brings the showroom with hundreds of samples to your home. You'll talk about how the room actually gets used. How many people live there, whether the dog is a shedder, how much afternoon sun that floor takes.
Then you narrow it down while the samples sit on your own floor, in your own light, with your cat walking across it.
2. We measure the areas we’re replacing and hand you an exact, guaranteed, no-surprise quote.
We don't do "estimates." Instead, we make precise measurements for minimal waste, and give an exact price before your consultant walks out the door. You are not waiting on a phone call or wondering if the price will change midway through the job.
3. We deal with what's underneath.
Old flooring out, subfloor checked and corrected, moisture and flatness verified before a single plank goes down. This is the step that separates a floor that lasts fifteen years from one that starts talking to you in year two. In Colorado, with our humidity swings, it matters more than most people realize.
4. We install it.
Not some random guy with a set of tools we found last week. Our installers come up through our own apprenticeship program before they're ever trusted in a customer's home, and they've been with us for years. We've put down over 8,000 floors across Denver and the Front Range, so whatever odd thing your house throws at us, we've almost certainly run into it before.
They use floor protection where it's needed. They're careful with your home and your belongings. And they treat your house like their grandmother's, because that's the only standard we've ever accepted.
5. We're not done when the truck pulls away.
A few days later you get an email from us with a question most people never get asked: is it right? YES
If it isn't, we send somebody out right away. Not next month. Not after you've called four times.
You're Going To Be Excited About Guests In Your Home
Here's what happens after we leave.
The first thing is the light. New floors throw light around a room in a way worn ones don't, and the whole space comes up brighter than you expected. Rooms look bigger. The paint you already had suddenly looks like you chose it on purpose.
Then people start saying something before they get their coats off.
You'll catch yourself walking the house a little slower. Coffee in the morning, sun coming across the grain, and you just stand there for a second liking it.
You’ll be excited to have people over. You host the holiday this year. You have the neighbors in on a Friday for no particular reason.
The kids end up on the floor because that's where kids end up. Somebody's first birthday happens down there. Then a Christmas morning, and then another fifteen after that.
This is the room your family is going to remember. Let's make it one you love walking into.
